Initial Consultation

During your first visit, we will:

- Conduct any necessary exams

- Recommend any advanced testing (blood work, hormone panels, digestive tests) to uncover the root cause of your concerns

This consultation is thorough, patient-centered, and designed to make you feel heard and supported.

05

Personalized Treatment Plan

After reviewing your health history and any test results, we will develop a tailored naturopathic plan, which may include:

  • Dietary and lifestyle guidance

  • Natural therapies to support digestion, hormones, or other concerns

Your plan is designed to complement any existing treatments or medications (not replace them).

02

This form covers your medical history, current medications, lifestyle habits, and specific health goals. Providing detailed information helps us create a personalized plan that addresses your unique needs

Diagnostic Testing

During the initial consult, we'll determine if any key information is missing. Certain diagnostic tests, like blood, stool, breath, or urine may be recommend. While further diagnostics are not always necessary, tests may be ordered during our initial consult should we feel it to be the best next steps.

Unfortunately, testing cannot be ordered in advance of the intake process.

Follow-Up & Ongoing Care

Healing is a journey. Follow-up visits allow us to:

  • Track your progress and adjust your plan as needed

  • Review lab results and refine recommendations

  • Provide ongoing support, motivation, and guidance

Many patients notice improvements in energy, digestion, hormonal balance, and overall wellness within the first few months, and while every situation is unique, the goal is to have you on a long term management plan within 3-5 visits.
