how it works
Virtual visits are conducted the same way and offer the same quality of care as in-office visits, just from the comfort of your own home. These visits are ideal for professionals & parents with busy schedules, those living outside the downtown core, or individuals with mobility issues.

Virtual visits are conducted via a secure telemedicine video conferencing platform. To schedule a virtual visit, simply head to the online booking platform and select the telemedicine option for the consult you're booking.
Once scheduled, an email will be sent
30 mins prior to your appointment with the link to sign in.

Treatment plans will be delivered via a digital prescription after the call, and necessary supplements can be ordered through FullScript, via curb-side pick up from our office (more details on that below), or from your local health food store.

In-Office Appointments
things to consider
When proper assessment cannot be made remotely, in-office care may be necessary.
Some of the health issues NOT appropriate for virtual consultation include:

Acute health conditions – infection, trauma, sudden onset of pain/debilitating symptoms

Any undiagnosed medical condition that is leading to extreme symptoms that seriously impede your daily functioning.

Concerns that require a physical exam or cannot be monitored remotely
If you're unsure if you're health concerns are a good fit for virtual care, give our office a call at 647 351 7282 and we'll be happy to assist.
If you present with cough, fever, shortness of breath or other upper respiratory symptoms, please do not attend your visit in person. Give the office a call at 647 351 7282 and we can convert your visit to virtual or reschedule you.

Curb-side pick-ups are always available for supplement purchases and refills.
We kindly ask that you call the office at 647 351 7282 to place your order. Supplements will be held for maximum 5 business days.
Reception will be available to assist you with curb-side pick-up during the following hours:
Monday - Friday: 12 pm - 6 pm
Saturday/Sunday: please call to confirm hours
If these hours don't work for you, call the office and we'll find a time that does. We're here to help!
