meet Dr. Courtney

Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor

It's so nice to meet you.

I'm Dr. Courtney Holmberg, BSc ND, a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, speaker, entrepreneur, & yoga enthusiast based in Toronto.

With nearly a decade of experience treating complex hormonal, digestive & autoimmune disorders, as well as my own personal journey resolving my PCOS and IBS, I recognize that our system often fails those looking for answers. If your labs return 'normal' but you do not feel well, know that I am committed to engaging in thorough testing and assessments, looking beyond the numbers, and ultimately working to address the underlying cause of concerns through functional medicine, all with the goal of getting you back to feeling like your best self.

I see patients both in-office at my Naturopathic Clinic on Queen West, and virtually via a secure telemedicine platform.

Toronto Naturopathic Doctor

my story

If you've been told your labs are normal, if you're still looking for answers, or if you've been provided quick fixes instead of lasting solutions, then I understand your struggles because I've been there.

My journey into naturopathic medicine started in a very similar way. After years without answers and trialling and erroring with pharmaceuticals, I found a naturopathic doctor who looked at me as a whole person instead of a list of ailments. Naturopathic care not only gave me options, but it gave me answers, and after a lot of hard work, it gave me results. I began to consume the foods that supported me, eliminate the lifestyle habits that worked against me, and learn how to listen to my body instead of resisting it. I discovered how to correct the issues troubling me instead of suppressing them.
I finally felt like me again.

This drove my career choice to become an ND, and I have since made it my purpose to help others feel the same. I assist my patients in collecting every piece of the puzzle, drawing all of the connections, and uncovering the root cause of their issues to ultimately get them back to feeling like themselves again too.
