GI-MAP
-
Uses qPCR DNA technology to precisely measure gut microbes.
-
Screens for pathogenic bacteria, parasites, viruses, and yeast.
-
Evaluates digestive function markers (enzymes, inflammation, immune response).
-
Great for identifying specific infections or imbalances linked to symptoms.

GI-360
-
Uses next-generation sequencing (NGS) for a broader, ecosystem-wide view of the microbiome.
-
Analyzes diversity and balance of gut flora, not just pathogens.
-
Provides insight into overall gut ecology and resilience.
-
Ideal for understanding chronic issues, long-standing dysbiosis, and complex cases.
Markers include:
-
Gut microbiome balance – healthy bacteria vs. harmful pathogens
-
Yeast and parasites – common hidden drivers of bloating and irregular stools
-
Digestive function markers – how well you’re breaking down and absorbing food
-
Inflammation levels – uncovering irritation that may be causing pain or discomfort
-
Immune response – how your gut lining and defenses are working

Previous testing and response to treatment
Both tests are non-invasive, completed at home, and reviewed in detail to guide a root-cause, evidence-informed treatment plan.
